Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at CHAKORE. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our 925 Sterling Silver jewellery. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our facility, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@chakore.com with your Order ID.

  • Refund for Cancellations: Approved cancellations will be refunded fully. The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment issuer.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original CHAKORE packaging, including all tags, certificates of authenticity and invoices.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery.

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or promotional event.

Damaged or Defective Items Every piece of CHAKORE jewelry undergoes strict quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email us at hello@chakore.com with your Order ID and clear unboxing photos/videos of the damaged product.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a free replacement or a full refund upon verification.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To process a claim for a damaged or missing item, a clear, uncut unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately by us.

  • Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) due to standard banking timelines.
